This is a sad sad place... was put on COLLECTION for a bill I have never received. Turns out it was sent to the wrong address 2 years ago, and they had my correct address on file because they had me fill out paperwork to updated my address and new last name (they used an address from over 15 years ago). They never bothered to even call me or e-mail me. I called my insurance turns out The Vancouver Clinic never billed my visit for what should have been 100% covered preventative care. Peachy, just peachy...(my first review ever, that's how horrible they are).
I recently was in a dust and sand storm in Yuma, AZ the first few days of vacation and experienced an asthma attack. The Battle Ground - Vancouver Clinic was expeditious in helping me acquire a prescription for albuterol and an asthma machine in the Yuma area within 3 hours which cleared me up in two days instead of the expense and wait time in an emergency room. My machine was in Battle Ground and I was in Arizona! Thank you for the quick response to an urgent situation and allowing me to enjoy my vacation!
Never once have I left a review, let alone for a doctor. But Dr. St John is the first one to ever treat me as if I were an idiot for trying to receive help for being in pain. Normally I would have seen Dr. Ong, who has treated me with nothing but total respect. But unfortunately she had no openings and as I was in pain, I desperately needed to know what I should do for it. I left Urgent Care today without any answers or help as to what I should do and now I'm heading to the ER to see if they'll actually be able to help. Not impressed and I have no idea how that man was even able to become a doctor. As long as he is there, I will no longer be returning and will continue to stay with Dr. Ongs office for whatever I need.
I always get right in and have the best doctors they care about there patients I don't feel like I'm just and insurance number when I'm there
Condescending nurse practitioner. Offered no guidance -- not even to recommend where else to go. Seemed to confuse their inability to understand the situation with a lack of need for treatment. Ended up going to the ER.
