I adore Dr. Jill and the staff. Every time I'm there they're friendly, professional, and get the job done without complaint. Some may find Dr. Jill not as cheerful as they'd like but I have many friends who work in emergency medicine and their matter-of-fact, to-the point attitudes are part of what helps them do and survive the difficult job they're committed to doing. I love Dr. Jill's no-nonsense approach. She's fair, intelligent, and insightful and works so hard to give people quality care. If people need to be babied and have their butts kissed then this is not the place for them.
Appointments 1 month out. Had to walk into Andreessen clinic to schedule my son 8n battleground. Lame
Love how the staff treats me with respect. I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff. Dr. Jill is amazing. I have had many doctors in the pass where i was in and out. These people like to help you and give you advice to help you in the best way for you.
Dr. Jill Lawton provided the worst service I've ever received after moving here from out of state. Did not address my issue at all besides telling me to set up an appointment at the hospital for an ultrasound, then leaving the room without letting me ask any questions. However the discharge papers said she covered an entire list of things related to the issue. After my appointment at the hospital, Sea mar never contacted me with the results of the ultrasound or contacted me to see if I need to come back in. Very disappointed in the care I received.
I have never written a bad review for anywhere but when it comes to my daughter and her health, I won't tolerate unprofessional behavior and blatant disrespect. I brought my daughter in for her 2 month checkup and had a terrible experience with Jill Lawton. As a first time mama bringing her daughter in to get shots for the first time, I was nervous and emotional. Jill was matter of fact and rude, actually shaking her head at me. At one point she chuckled as she "corrected" something I said about the vaccine schedule to later come back in the room and tell me that she was actually wrong and I had been correct. When she left, she didn't even say bye or see you in two months. I know my daughter is very small for her age and she never mentioned where she was on the charts or how she was doing overall. No follow up for questions or anything. She just walked out before the nurse came to do shots and that was that. Switching doctors asap.
