I have been a member and personal training with Angie for about 18 months. The gym is perfect for me - small enough that you don't get lost in the crowd, personal and friendly. I have enjoyed getting to know both the staff and other members. I attend a couple of the classes every week and have been impressed with the variety and the number of classes offered. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I just re-upped for another year!

It meets the expected requirements of mediocre garage gym and was a pricy for equipment that looks like it was made 30 years ago. The real reason I am taking the time out of my busy day is so that I can warn people about a certain expectance at this gym... it is filthy! There are spiders everywhere!!!! Especially around the windows, weight room, and front area. Aside from the arachnid issue, the worst part for me was the disgusting bathrooms. Black mold on the showers, piss around the toilets and even on the child's seat, resting on the plunger. they need to be remodeled before I'd ever go back. of all my gym tours this month, this one was the worst.
Stinky gym. Old equipment and a two faced manager. Worst experience ever. They don't run the heat in the winter, and the hefty spiderwebs all over the weight room ceiling are disturbing. The showers constantly gather black mold and reak. Other options are going to be explored. Edit: also I found out that it's a much better deal to grab a membership at 24 hour fitness with amazing equipment and amenities.
Instructors and members are friendly, and I always get a great workout! I love the variety of classes too...cardio/strength/yoga/zumba/etc.
