This is tge best club for pure fitness. Very clean. The owner and staff take very good care of the facilities.
Unwelcomeing and cold customer service, I wonder how often people come in ready to pay for the membership and walk out because of bad service. Terrible listener.

Edit: I'm pretty sure some of the people posting reviews on here are/were employees. Just be warned that some of these '5 star reviews' are not as authentic as they seem.
Its 24 hours. So thats the best part. Some creeps though.
This isn't a terrible gym to workout at by any means. They have a decent amount of machines, and they have two sets of free weights, and finally a locker room + showers. However, in my experience there the customer service is rude + demeaning and that ruins my gym experience. They tend to treat young adults very poorly as well (my opinion). It's not the front desk employees either, it's been the general manager that's been rude which is disappointing to me as it doesn't seem like the culture will change anytime soon.
I also wonder who the owner is who is answering comments, because it comes across as demeaning to the bad reviews. Not surprising, as Battle Ground Fitness higher ups do not know how to tolerate/assist an unhappy customer. If you want a gym with a staff that is supportive/respectful don't go here.
