Leaving B of A for iQ Credit Union was one of the best, smartest decisions I've ever made.
They have such wonderful employees that work here. My favorite employee I have worked with so far has been Brooke. I had a fraudulent charge on my account and she helped me fix the problem. She had me call the company where the fraudulent charge came from and the customer service agent was being unhelpful and rude and Brooke asked to speak with the person so I handed her my phone and she dealt with the problem for me. She went above and beyond to help me out and I appreciate her so much for it!

I have been a member with the iQcu since I was in high school and have never had a bad experience with them. I recently had my card locked due to a recent policy of their's involving the security chip cards. I was not aware of this policy and it left me without a debit card over the weekend. I called them this morning to figure out the problem and Tanya was very help answering my question and sorting this whole mess out. I now know the problem and have it all fixed. I really do appreciate the customer support these people do and will be staying with iQ for a long time to come. Keep up the good work!
My checking account at iQ earns me a higher interest rate than a savings account at B of A.
This place has minimal to no fees, short lines, happy and helpful employees, a nice manager who is willing to work with you, plenty of ATMs and co-op ATMs in the area, good rates, many different services that you wouldn't find at most other banks and credit unions and easy to use online banking. However they need to work on their android app because it doesn't work on my phone.
The customer service is impeccable.
