The facility is adequate, clean and appears to be appropriately maintained. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. An acceptable facility. However, the office hours are set for people that live AND work locally; getting to the office for those of us that commute to Portland is limited primarily to Saturday mornings. This is a problem for paying fees on time. With only 4 days a month of possible access, it is sometimes very inconvenient to get in on a Saturday to make payments. The online payment system is awful. I have had recurring problems with getting even a simple payment accepted. The system is clumsy and provides very little useful feedback when payments are rejected (on perfectly good cards).
Friendly staff easy to rent and move out of. Not climate controlled.
Prices are great but my stuff got wet and molded.
