If it we're just about the pizza, I'd give five stars. Financially speaking, they've messed up in more than one occasion.
Couldn't get my food because Gina wouldnt accept my $100 bill. At 5:45pm on Thursday July 6th I went in to order my pizza, salad, and cheese bread. I walked up to pay was given my total ($23.85) so I gave her my $100 bill and she immediately shut me down saying she didn't have change.. she didn't even check the til or ask if the other person working the other till had change. She just shut me down. I was so embarrassed! Not going back!
So thankful for the amazing customer service! It was a long day and need to feed the family. Gina and Wendi went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The smiles and the attention were such a breathe of fresh air in a time where customers can be so rude and demanding. Thank you for your kindness and compassion. PS: go to the bank or Safeway ... no business breaks a hundred for a little twenty bill.
Great pizza and overall good value. Staff is neat, courteous, and prompt.
Very helpful.. Love the drive thru with a baby in my arms, it's kinda hard to carry 3 pizzas
