Love our local Dominos crew. The food is always tasty and hot. The delivery drivers are nice and always look professional.
According to the Piece of Pie Rewards sense March of last year I have spent a little under $500.00 at this location on "qualifying" purchases, not including all of the non-qualifying and in store pickups that we didn't use the app to place our order. I'll admit I love Dominos products, they may be commercial tasting but it's not bad at all. I'll also admit this is the 3rd time my order was delivered yet hey, I'm right here at my flipping house and no one shows up. I would gladly pay the Vancouver location to deliver up here if it was possible. Just hate placing an order not knowing if it will show up. So 5 star for the food, 1 star for the delivery. Sorry but the bad will always out weight the good.
Love ordering online. Get what you want and its normally pretty fast. Philly cheese steak is our fave right now and omg the parm bread twists...ohhh yeah!
Would give 0 stars if possible. This store hires the most idiot people there is in the area. We've ordered 3 times for delivery and not ONE time has your driver been able to find us, we are literally 2 minutes from your store, straight up Grace Ave, to 271st Circle, no extra turns, no hills, nothing. You people are complete idiots. Then after trying to deliver for over an hour and a half, they want to bring us the cold food they've been driving around with for over an hour. I hope you end up shutting your doors. We will never make another attempt to order from you complete idiots!! Your completely STUPID sorry bucks won't help us if you can never find us!! Hire people that actually deserve $11.25 an hour or close your doors!
This past thurs Dominos got the order wrong, I called said they'll send out replacement and ordered 2 Parmesan Twists , I asked that they please don't overbake them keep on the lighter side like the first order, said sure. Delivery came and pizza was right, Parm Bread Twists very dark, I assumed misunderstood me, and even though they were delivering replacement pizza they changed me fee for the Parm twists. Called Sat. talked to the manager and she said because I waited one day to call, that they couldn't replace the twists or help in anyway. Said she's been trained to tell customers this and there isn't any way on her computer to do anything else. So where does the human brain come into this scenario? Lost our business.
