Had sold my car and needed to iron out the details as the bank had yet to send the title and I was set to leave the country in four days. They were able to help wrap up the paperwork we needed to complete, let me know what I needed from the lender and which paperwork I needed to return to the buyer. Thank goodness for these ladies for knowing their stuff and providing excellent customer service!!
I am white and my wife is Mexican. Funny that I never have any trouble when I go there, but when my wife goes there they keep telling her she needs more info or paperwork. My sister gave us a car and my wife tried to get it licensed. She went there three different times and each time they told her they couldnt help her because she needed more paperwork and the car had to go through emissions, instead of just telling her everything the first time. We finally went to the DMV in Salmon Creek instead, and the person there was very helpfull and said that the car didnt even need the emissions check this year. I guess if you arent white my best advice for you would be to go elsewhere unless you want the runaround and horrible customer service!
The staff at BGAL has never failed to provide a smooth and friendly experience any time I've been there. I've also personally witnessed many transactions with non-white people that were all handled with the same efficiency and courtesy that myself and my family have come to expect when we do business there. Sorry your wife had not so good times.

These folks are splendid. They make a miserable process quite pleasant. I can't name a governmental interaction that's handled with more grace and efficiency.
I've never had a problem when I've gone. I don't know Mr. James what your complaint is. Every customer I've talked to likes going there the same as I. It's worth going to and being greeted properly with small town feel like the days of service used to be. I don't know about phone service as I've prefer to ask questions and get my answers in person. Parking is tight up front but parking around and on the street is nearby and easy walking.
