Wow! Service and atmosphere is phenomenal. Now to the food...We had the antipasto platter that had amazing cured meats and cheeses that had so much fresh flavor. It was also served with warm bread. I had the Pomodoro pasts that is so simple and so flavorful. The basil and tomatoes taste like they were grown upstairs. It came with a beautiful salad that had one of the creamiest bleu cheese dressings I have ever had. My daughter had the Mac and Cheese. The sauce was so fresh and tasty. The bacon on top added just the right amount texture. She had the soup that she didn't want to like. She did. I absolutely say come here.
This restaurant earns a much deserved 5 stars. The staff was very polite, respectful and checked on us frequently. The food was amazing and well worth the price and definitely recommend trying there ice cream! The only complaint I had was the group sitting next to us. They were very loud and boisterous because his food was taking too long. What do you expect when everything is cooked from scratch? The server remained respectful even with the man of the group nit-picking at everything he could. Then the sever even gave the group free desert which is why I give you guys 5 stars. I could not have handled that the way they did.
The food was exceptional, the ambiance was nice. It's a two-level spot to get your usual pasta fix. They take dinner reservations too which is a plus if you have a large party or on a dinner date.
This is one of our favorite restaurants! In fact, it is our favorite Italian restaurant in the Portland/Vancouver area. Everything is scratch made by Kathy, the owner. Each order of Alfredo sauce is made individually. They take great care with the food, and sometimes it may mean a longer wait, but boy is it worth it! Be sure to try the appetizers. The cheesy bread is phenomenal!
Food is excellent and service is great. Best Italian food I've had in a very long time.
