My doctors are in Oregon and I can get labwork and checkups here instead of driving to Portland -- they communicate both ways with Providence Medical in Portland. So convenient! The staff is friendly and respectful.

Their bedside manor is always excellent and I can't recommend them more.

There are 4 van-accessible wheelchair parking spots close by and plenty of other parking.

I really hate to have to go to urgency care because of previous experiences but this team of caring professionals changed that. I was treated well and quickly once escorted to the exam room. I felt like I was in capable and competent hands and was treated with respect and dignity. From the Medical Assistant to the warm and delightful NP and the MD who stopped by my room to confirm the Dx on my broken bone, this was a terrific group of professionals!

Friendly, Fast, Thorough - Providence.

This Urgent Care Clinic is located in the Fred Meyers parking lot, near the Starbucks and Jack-in-the-Box. It's not immediately evident from the main road.

It has a drinking fountain and restroom in a comfortable and roomy waiting room -.very wheelchair friendly throughout.

Urgent care side was horrible. I came 30 mins before closing and was treated horribly. The desk lady had a look of annoyance immediately when she saw me and said I'm just trying to get out of here. Well I didn't wanna go either so. I wasent even evaluatedo and was told to go the emergency room. This place is a joke.

Everything. This place is a gem in today's crappy health care world.

This place is pure gold... Frankly, I can't stand going to see my regular doctor after visiting here. One of their doctors actually saved my life. She walked me through the process of going to a radiologist for a ultrasound. She had us wait there until she saw the results, she called us and told us to go directly to ER where she had already told them we would be coming. Apparently I not only had a gallbladder that needed to be removed but it was later found that I also had pancreatitis which apparently means my pancreas was trying to digest itself from the inside out... Not pleasant. Anyway, I thought I just had a bad stomach flu or something and if it wasn't for her I may have had some important internal organ get compromised.

I and my kids have been to this clinic many times, before and after it came into the Providence medical system.
