I went in with a pc to mail. I had no box for it. They check weight and tell me it's $106 for 21 lbs of weight to go across country. It seemed excessive but I agreed. She then told me it would be a "couple" more dollars to package it. Makes sense I came in with a non boxed item. Total.. $142. Wait. What did you say? "Yea you need a box and packing material". I voided sale. $36 dollars for a box and trash to stuff in there to them = 36 dollars. Have you ever heard someone tell you a couple more dollars and charge you 36 more? Deceptive business practice is disgusting.
Always great and friendly! Accidentally went a little skimpy on tape and with out asking or any comments made a very nice staff member just picked up a tape gun and took care of it! Smiles and Have a Fantastic day!
I live in Minnesota and had an envelope shipped to battle ground for someone. I paid for it in minnesota and when it arrived in battleground the friend had to pay to receive it. Tired of crooked people. What goes around comes around...

Understaffed. People are nice but slow and there is usually only a single employee in the store. I use UPS to ship faster and so I don't have to use the post office, but lately, it takes just as long to send a 2 day letter as waiting in line at the local post office...and that's saying something.
