Worst store ever . The staff have no idea what there doing at all . Waited 2 hours for the lady to tell me I can't do anything without my manager she's not here I can't help but let us and others wait hours . Then She Calls Customer Care To Ask What To do?No Point In Having The Store If You Have To Call 800 Number To Ask What To Do wow. Worst service ever employees should be trained or not left alone . Manager mckinzie has no idea how to run staff
I'm usually really patient but I lost it on this one...I ended up standing their for 2 hours!!! Just to order my iPhone 7 and one for my dad.
Love this location, they are always helpful. Each time I come in Rebecca is working and is always right there to help me with anything I need.
Came in to get a new phone and Rebecca got me in the out pretty fast. Best customer service I have ever received from T-Mobile. Also I was able to pick up some head phones and a case to finance with the phone.
Horrible customer service and a huge waste of time. Any of the 5 star reviews are employees just trying to improve this stores reviews. There is a serious lack of training and customer service. They are more about sales and selling the over priced accessories. After reading all the poor reviews posted here and you still decide to go here well just remember you have been warned.
Oh and also, the manager tried to add a 5$ monthly fee for me for no freaking reason, I asked what this fee was and she started to get all choked up and then said never mind as if it was a "mistake"
Dropped in on a Sunday at 1pm, had warm welcoming and good start or so I thought. I found out real quick the kids that work there have no f*ing idea what they're doing. They were literally on the phone with their boss trying to figure out how to do stuff.
