Friendly, Clean quick exterior wash
I wish I could give this place a lower rating it's not the car wash it's the customer service I went there all the time and loved it until they hired new employees now I will never go there again because of the foul language they spoke towards me
Good car wash
Have a brand new 2017 f150 truck ran it through today, scratched the entire passenger side a foot wide..i live close to cougar didn't notice it till I got back home..figured I better drive back so they could see it..talked to the manager, he blew me off..said it couldn't be from the wash, said it must have been the coating they put on it from the factory..dosnt make sence..the other side is just fine..obusilly there was something on the roller..i have lived in clark county since 1982 and have done business with them forever...the scratches are not deep but definatenelly noticable..just needs to be buffed out..but was surprised they were not even accept what they did to my truck..i saved 8 years to buy this truck and they pretty much told me to pound sand..i thought there reputation was good..but I guess 40 bucks for a simple buff job is to much for them..im a old timer..you stick to what is right..they aren't...never will get a dime from me again...
Never cleans my car, I always go back and give it another chance and it comes out dirty.
