Staff is cheerful and handled my All state claim like the pros they are. Communication was on point. Truck looked great!
Their service was some of the best I have ever had in working with car shops - or any kind of car service! Elite has earned my business for life. I would encourage others to go there and would highly recommend them!
Yesterday they called me and let me know that my car was done. Which was exact to their time estimate. I went and dropped off my rental there, got into my car and left with no worries. They had cleaned the inside AND outside of my car with detail, left me a gift in my front seat and took my rental back for me.
When I called them, they told me to bring my car right in and even asked me about getting a rental car. By the time I got there they were ready for me with just a few forms to fill out and my rental car was waiting for me too. I spent maybe 15 minutes there during drop off. The inspector came out and looked through all the damage with me and answered all of my questions.
Two days later I had an update from them. The insurance adjuster had been out and looked at everything, ok'd the repairs, etc. They let me know that they were ordering the parts and gave me a time line of when they thought my car would be done. They even contacted the rental car company and gave them the update so I didn't even have to hassle with them explaining why I needed the rental car longer.
Very awesome company! Excellent customer service!
Their services seem great. Wish I could use them. They don't service older vehicles (Older than 2000 I believe they said) Don't have really have a problem with that policy, but it Seems like an easy detail to add to your FAQ or online form to prevent people from leaving their vehicles with you.
I had to get Toyota Prius repaired some years ago and Elite did a grear job on repairs and communication with me throughout process. One of the few places i have found that does not go with aftermarket parts as there first choice, and if issue on parts comes up are calling to get my wishes on what i would like to do. Currently Elite is working with my insurance company on my Highlander. This was deer accident and so far so good.....
From the time Elite answered the phone to the time I picked up my car from them yesterday their staff was outstanding to me. They made it easy, they were great communicators through the whole process and were all-around fantastic through this very stressful time.
